Crystal Growth

A major research effort in the Halasyamani lab is the large, high-quality crystal growth of functional inorganic materials. The Halasyamani laboratory currently has over a dozen top-seeded solution furnaces, two Floating Zone, Bridgman, and Czochralski equipment. Below are photos of a few of the crystals grown in the lab.
